How to Take Attendance

Taking attendance is a great way to get an overview of who's attending your sessions, identifying no-shows, and being able to keep track of who's on-site at any given time.

When viewing your bookings you will see a switch:

Turning the switch on will allow you to set an attendee on-site by swiping right on their booking. When the booking has been set on-site it will turn green.

Swiping the booking right once more will set it to off-site, and its appearance will return to normal.

With Bookaby you can set an attendee on-site or off-site multiple times per session, and a log of each action can be found in the Activity Logs. You can also see attendance data in both the Customers report and the Sessions report. More information on reports can be found here.

Set All Attendees Off-Site

Un-Pinning a session will check to see if any attendees are still flagged as On-Site, and if so will ask you whether you'd like to set everyone to Off-Site.

See Pinning a Session for more information.
