How to Pin & Un-Pin a Session
Pinning a session can be useful if you need to view and manage bookings frequently, for example whilst running a session and taking attendance.
Pinning a Session
There are three ways to pin a session...
- In the calendar, choose the relevant session and click Pin Session.
- When viewing a session you can click the button at the top right.
- Also whilst viewing the session, you can click the Actions Button and choose Pin session.
Un-Pinning a Session
There are two ways to un-pin a session...
- In the calendar, choose the relevant session and click Un-Pin Session.
- Whilst viewing the session, you can click the Actions Button and choose Un-Pin session.
Set All Attendees Off-Site
Un-Pinning a session will check to see if any attendees are still flagged as On-Site, and if so will ask you whether you'd like to set everyone to Off-Site.
