How to Move a Booking

If you would like to move a booking to another date simply view the booking in question and click on the Move Booking button.

For individual sessions, you will be presented with a choice of alternative upcoming sessions to move the booking.

If a booking is part of a Term Group you will be able to choose both which group to move the booking to (if necessary), and also the session within the group that the booking should start, should the customer need to start mid-way through the term.

Once the move has been made, the customer will be notified by email. You will also find that Activity Logs have been created, as a record of the move.

Any price discrepancies must be settled manually - see Refunding a Purchase for details.
