How to Edit a Term Group
Understanding Terms
If you haven't yet read the article on Understanding Terms, we highly recommend it!To view and edit your Terms or Term Groups, head to the Calendar and click the button.
Here we can see two Terms (November 2022, and December 2022), which each contain three Term Groups.
Editing a Term
To rename your Term, simply click the button and choose Edit Term Name from the list of options that pop up.
Editing a Term Group
To edit a group simply click on the name in the list. You can see a list of sessions within the group, by clicking the View Sessions button to the right.
Additional Options
To the right of each Term you'll see a button. Clicking this will bring up a list of options...
- Edit Term Name
Amend the name of the term. - Compare Groups
This option allows you to get an overview across all of your groups on one screen. It's a useful way to check that your groups are set up properly and compare them to one another. - Copy Unlisted Booking URLs
Used to aid Priority Booking, this option will copy a formatted list of direct booking links to your clipboard.
