How to Cancel a Booking
If you would like to cancel a booking simply view the booking in question and click on the Cancel Booking button.
You can then choose to Cancel the booking, or whether you'd like to Cancel & Refund the booking, in which case the full amount will be refunded to the customer (assuming the payment was taken online).
If you would like to do a partial refund, first refund the purchase and then cancel the booking, choosing the Cancel option (not Cancel & Refund).
