How to Add Text to the Order Confirmation Email

When a customer makes an order, they will receive an email confirmation containing details of what's been ordered.

If you would like to add additional information to this email, head over to Setup > Company & Account > Email Footer Text. Here you can add any further information and also send yourself a test email so that you can make sure everything looks good.

If you run multiple types of session and want to inform your customers based on the sessions they've booked, you can add specific information by editing your Session Types (Setup > Session Types > Email Addendum field).
