How to Add Custom Terms & Conditions

Head to Setup > Company & Account and scroll down to the Legal & Terms section.

There you can enter your business terms & conditions as well as a privacy policy, which your customers must agree to before their bookings can be confirmed.

If you ever need to make an amendment to your T&C or Privacy Policy, you can choose to click the Requires Re-Consent checkbox, which will then require your customers to accept the revised copy in order to make future bookings.
