On-Site Bookings & Pay Later
Has someone arrived without a booking, or brought a friend at the last minute? Bookaby allows you to make a booking right there, even if you're offline.
You can also choose to allow customers to pay on the door rather than online.

Attendees can be flagged on and off an activity multiple times during a session.
Each time is tracked, which is great if you need to know how long someone was on an activity or whether you need to know who's currently in a group for safety reasons.

If you're running simultaneous group activities you can keep track of everything on one screen.
Real time sync
All devices are kept up to date in real-time. If a new booking is made, or you make a change in-app, all other devices will reflect the change immediately.
If you've got a patchy connection to the internet you'll be able to run your sessions without interruption.
Offers & Discounts
As you'd expect, you can offer your customers a range of discounts.
Block Booking Discount
Allow customers to receive a discount if they book multiple sessions at a time.
If a parent books more than one child onto a session, a discount can be applied to the sibling bookings.
Early Bird Discount
Reward eager beavers by applying a discount to their purchase.
Give customers a code to receive basket-wide discounts as well as offers on specific terms/sessions.
Early Drop Off & Collection Times
Especially useful if you’re running holiday camp sessions, where parents need that extra flexibility, Bookaby allows you to set early drop off and late pick up times with optional additional charges.
When viewing a session our interactive display clearly shows attendees you have checked in (highlighted in green), along with relevant badges so that you can see details about the booking without having to open each one.
Tapping on a booking will display further details and even allow you to sell items directly to the customer in front of you.
