Support for Childcare Vouchers & Tax-Free Credits
Reconciling payments via childcare support is a huge time sink, and accepting bookings without knowing whether payment will come through is a stress, especially when you have other parents waiting for places!
Customers wishing to pay using Childcare Vouchers or Tax-Free Credits will be presented with a list of Childcare Providers that you're registered with at checkout, along with the reference codes required to find your business when making payment.
Bookaby then requires that proof of payment is supplied before an order can be made. This would usually be in the form of a screenshot showing a payment confirmation email or payment confirmation screen, however a text box is also provided so that any other form of proof can be supplied.
You will then be able to view a list of all orders awaiting approval and review the supplied proof for each, choosing then to settle an order as paid, or cancel the booking, opening up the space to other customers.
Extended Drop Off & Collection Times
Especially useful if you’re running holiday camp sessions, where parents need that extra flexibility, Bookaby allows you to set early drop off and late pick up times with optional additional charges.
Collect Customer Information
Bookaby allows you to attach extra information to your attendees that can either be supplied by your customers when they book, or be entered by yourself and only visible to you.

Attendees can be flagged on and off an activity multiple times during a session.
Each time is tracked, which is great if you need to know how long someone was on an activity or whether you need to know who's currently in a group for safety reasons.

If you're running simultaneous group activities you can keep track of everything on one screen.

Real time sync
All devices are kept up to date in real-time. If a new booking is made, or you make a change in-app, all other devices will reflect the change immediately.

Has someone arrived without a booking, or brought a friend at the last minute? Bookaby allows you to make a booking right there, even if you're offline.
